Probate of Will - $3,500

Muniment of Title - $2,700

This option occurs if a person dies with a will and their estate owes no unpaid debt, except for debt secured by a lien on real estate or if for another reason, there is no need for the court to appoint an executor to administer the estate.

Special Needs Trust - $1,200+

A special needs trust is created to hold cash or property for your special needs loved one. Funds from the trust can be used to help your special needs loved one–yet still allow the person to receive government benefits like Medicaid or SSI.

Miller Trust or Qualified Income Trust - $600

A “Miller Trust” or Qualified Income Trust  is set up for one reason and one reason only. In it’s most basic form, this tool allows income eligibility for Medicaid nursing home care by depositing your income into a checking account titled in the trust name.
