How does it work? 

Weaver Firm Attorneys provide a two-part process for helping you understand and possibly qualify for Medicaid-paid nursing home care for yourself or a loved one.  

Part 1 - Attorney Meeting for Assessment of Medicaid Qualification

Part 2 - Attorney Preparation of Legal Documents  

• Attorney preparation, submission, and follow-up of Medicaid qualification documents  
• Attorney preparation of legal documents for estate planning purposes such as a Miller Trust, Third Party Trust, or other documents. This results in protecting family assets instead of “spending down” to reach eligibility for Medicaid nursing home payment.
